The wind blew and the rain lashed down but did that dampen our spirits? Not a bit of it! Some 55 members, partners and friends enjoyed our annual BBQ at the White Horse Inn in Maplehurst.
OK, we could not be outside but Simon and his team found space for all of us in the main rooms and many nooks and crannies in the pub and it all added to the atmosphere of the occasion.
More of the party in the conservatory. What a good job we are such a friendly bunch of people!
Mine host and master chef Simon, landlord of the White Horse, just beginning to relax after completing serving. The food was superb, as usual. Sausages, Chicken Kebabs, Cajun Pork, vegetables and salads, and puddings to die for. A real feast enjoyed by us all.
